Red Raspberry Extract

Red raspberry leaf is known to make delicious teas that improve hormonal balance, reduce menstrual cramps, prepare the uterus for childbirth, and induce labor. It is best to harvest the leaves prior to blooming, and can be identified by the bristling stalk and alternating green leaves. Using cloves or scissors to protect your hands from the bristles, harvest the leaves for drying.
